Job Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Creative to join our team. You’ll help create and manage creative marketing strategies, work with different teams, and ensure that all campaigns are consistent with our brand. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase Booking in Tally ERP
• Record purchase entries accurately in Tally.
• Validate purchase invoices and supporting documents for compliance.
• Purchase Booking in Oracle ERP
• Process purchase transactions in Oracle ERP, adhering to company policies.
• Address and resolve discrepancies in purchase transactions.
• Data Management
• Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions.
• Reconcile records with suppliers and internal departments.
• Compliance and Reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Generate regular reports on purchase transactions for management.
• Support Functions
• Assist with queries related to purchase bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial MIS Preparation: Prepare accurate, detailed, and complete Financial MIS reports to support organizational decision-making.
2. System Improvements: Enhance the hygiene and accuracy of accounting systems (Tally and NetSuite).
3. Budget Monitoring: Analyze and monitor budgets at the MIS level, highlighting deviations and working with the CFO and CEO to bridge gaps.
4. Strategic Decision Support: Conduct financial analysis for strategic planning, investment evaluations, and identifying business opportunities.
5. Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze cost structures, and implement strategies for operational efficiency.
